This, the smallest county in England, has always been determined to join in and support the campaign and 2014 is no different. As soon as their lists are in we shall be shouting them out for all to hear.

The Cathedral of Birmingham is joining in
It may be one of the youngest to be dedicated as a Cathedral but Birmingham, the nation’s second city, has made its mark. It stands out in the heart of the country playing an important role and now its great 12 bells will be ringing out on April 23rd and will be making a wonderful sound reminding everyone for miles around that it is St. George’s Day.

The Ringers of Essex
The towers of this county have been a great support to the campaign and we shall be looking forward to hearing from their bands do keep an eye on the news.
The Districts of Nottinghamshire have been called
The towers of this area of England, famous for its tales of yore are organising their ringers to join in and will be sending in their lists.
The County of Essex is rallying its bands
The word has gone out to the towers in the Guild of Essex who have all been encouraged to ring out on April 23rd and so join the campaign. Some have already committed and we will be listing them soon.,
Cathedrals and churches are signing up.
We have a growing number of bands and towers who are committing to ringing out for St. George on April 23rd. From all corners of the country they are keen to join in and make this a great day.

The past few weeks we have been concentrating on setting up and engaging with bell ringers and all things related to bells. The field of followers are fun and diverse but all interested in the campaign and support all the bands who will be ringing out on April 23rd. Come and join in and help spread the word.
